Location

Centrally located to the rest of the Sunshine Coast. We are in walking distance to the patrolled beach, the river, the Bowls club, the Surf club, the Sunday flea markets, the public swimming pool, tennis facility and library.

You can walk to just about any different type of restaurant you can think of. Thai across the road, Indian down the street, Italian in the next block, Steak House, and Chinese.

It is only minutes to Sunshine Plaza, the coast's major shopping centre, and you can catch the great public transport system there if you don't have a car, or don't enjoy a pleasant walk along the Maroochydore River.
